Submit a pattern, or tutorial project… you have made with my fibre.
I’m always interested to know what you are making with my fibre and yarn. It’s always great to share ideas and learn from each other. I’d also be interested to see what patterns and tutorials you suggest for my fibres and yarns too!
You can email submissions through my website at www.SarasTextureCrafts.com and I will upload them for you… and who knows you could be featured in one of my newsletters!

Content Ideas
- Tutorials for simple projects using Sara’s Texture Crafts fibre, or yarn.
- Guides, or tips for using equipment sold at Sara’s Texture Crafts.
- Tips, or techniques (including stitches patterns) for felt making, spinning, weaving, embellishing, tapestry, knitting, or crochet. Anything related to fibre crafts that can make use of Sara’s Texture Crafts products.
All submissions should be accompanied with details of the products used from www.SarasTextureCrafts.com and if necessary include clear pictures (or You Tube Video links).
By Line
All submissions should be accompanied by a by-line, so that when the site owner publishes content you are given full credit for your work. This should state;
- Your Name
- Website/blog if you have one and wish to use it.
Terms of Submission
- Please keep your ideas clean, as this site is for a wider audience.
- You must have permission to post your submissions and you are responsible for the representation of content submitted. Submitted content is not the responsibility of the site owner, site host company, or any employee there of. Submissions will be the sole legal responsibility of the submitter.
- If you are linking to someone else’s pattern or tutorial (say on Raverly), please make sure to include details of the pattern maker/creator and have their express permission to use any link, text or photograph that is their copy written content.
- If you are referencing a book for your project or guide, please state the following information;
- Author
- Full Title
- Published by
- Photography and Videography – Please submit photographs as .jpegs and videos as embed codes or links to the YouTube page. These should be clear and videos concise. You are very welcome to add copywrite logos to images or videos. There is a disclaimer on the site, regarding copywrite; however, the site owner is not responsible for any infringement by third parties.
- The site owner reserves the right to select content suitable for published content.
- This site may redistribute articles submitted, by links via Twitter, Facebook and other related networking sites, newsletters and by links/photos via the main website. This is for the purpose of advertising product or content originating from www.SarasTextureCrafts.com

We are going to take a break from our sock tutorial while I (Sara’s Texture Crafts) move home and business… We shall be back though!

‘How to Make’ Site has new Contributors!
The nature of this site, the ‘learning’ aspect is really important to me and so it seems obvious to me that I need to look further than my own creative ideas and experience.
So I have decided to invite some of the very talented people I supply at www.SarasTextureCrafts.com to bring you much more advice, tips and projects for your own creations. I have selected each of these contributors for their wonderfully creative and knowledgable techniques.
I introduce the first of which;
